Pure Reform

  • Reformer Pilates combines the traditional principals and movements of mat Pilates with a Reformer machine. The perfect intense, low impact, whole body workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. Using the reformer machine, intensity can be varied whether you are new to reformer or advanced. Get ready to increase flexibility, build strength and feel amazing!

  • Reformer Pilates is medium intensity but low impact meaning it’s a great, sweaty full body workout without straining joints.

Pure Sculpt

  • Pure sculpt incorporates the use of resistance bands to create a fun and intense workout. Focusing on the lower body and core, this class will help build strength and sculpt while putting minimal stress on your joints. Suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Pure Sculpt is low intensity and low impact focusing on the lower body and core.

Pure Barre

  • Barre incorporates elements of ballet, Pilates and Yoga to create a low impact, total body dynamic workout. Focusing on form and alignment, barre will help you tone and target the core, legs and arms creating a burn like you have never felt before!

Pure Yoga

  • Vinyasa Flow is a strong and dynamic style of Hatha yoga. Seamlessly moving from one pose to another, Vinyasa Flow focuses on linking breath with continuous movement. Deepening your focus and awareness, you will create a challenging, strengthening, sweaty and invigorating practice.

  • Pure Yoga is low intensity and low impact but uses seamlessly flowing movements that will get your heart rate up and your mind still.

Pure Mat

  • Pilates is designed to help you create that long, lean and toned look. With a strong focus on core stability, Pilates improves posture and practices functional movement patterns to develop muscles evenly with grace and ease. Pilates targets the powerhouse muscles including the glutes, hips, pelvic floor and lower back to help your body function optimally inside and out.

  • Mat Pilates is low intensity and low impact, great for strength and conditioning using your own body weight.

Pure One-on-One

  • We offer one-on-one Personal Training session and one-on-one Reformer sessions to help you elevate your journey to holistic health in a private setting. Please see membership page for pricing.
