Our studio is one of the most beautiful and serene studios you will find in the Top End and our state of the art equipment will have you feeling like you just stepped into a resort style studio. 

And we are just as beautiful on the inside as we are on the outside, focusing on a supportive, inclusive community of like-minded people who value the connection between mindfulness and movement. 

Pure Pilates brings a space to the rural area unlike anything you’ve experienced and we are so excited to be able to offer, not only Pilates & Barre classes, but also a connected, tight-knit community. 

Roshelle

  • Owner and Founder of Pure Pilates NT, Roshelle promises you’ll never do a boring workout again. Every class is different - Her favourite style of class is one that is energetic, creative and challenging. This is exactly what you can expect in her classes; and pulses, nothing beats low-range pulses.

    In addition to her certifications in Pilates mat, Barre and reformer, Roshelle is a qualified Personal Trainer, who specialises in pre and post natal fitness. While her classes are strong, they are focussed on functional movement patterns to help clients move well in their daily lives.

    Roshelle understands everyone leads busy lives but that if we love what we’re doing and nurture our body, we can achieve great things. She believes that Pilates focus on posture, core stability and strength makes it an important practice for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Jo

  • Manager and instructor at Pure Pilates NT, Joanna is your dedicated guide on the journey to a healthier, more vibrant you. Joanna’s commitment to holistic well-being is reflected in her diverse certificates in Mat Pilates, Barre Pilates, and Reformer Pilates. With a strong foundation through her qualifications, she is dedicated to helping you discover the transformative power of Pilates. Her classes go beyond conventional Pilates practice, blending precisions and passion to create a Pilates experience that transcends the ordinary, offering more than just a workout. Join Joanna to sculpt your body, build core strengths, and foster a sense of balance in your life.

    When Joanna, is not teaching classes, she assists Roshelle in the managerial aspects of the studio while pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business and Accounting.

    You can count on Joanna to be your go-to person to assist you with membership inquiries or class information.

    Whether you’re seeking the fluidity of Mat Pilates, the burn of Barre Pilates or the precision of Reformer Pilates Joanna is here to guide you and is looking forward to moving with you!

Stacey

  • Meet Stacey, a vibrant and dedicated instructor at our studio. As a busy mum of three, Stacey understands the importance of taking time for ourselves to improve each day. Her bubbly personality and down-to-earth approach create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in her classes. With a passion for fitness and a background in functional fitness, Stacey holds a certificate 3 in group fitness and is currently studying barre, bringing a diverse range of expertise to her sessions.

    Stacey's focus on range of motion, core stability, and strength for everyday life activities ensures that her clients not only feel good during class but also in their daily lives. She deeply cares for her clients' well-being, striving to help them achieve their fitness goals and become happier, more confident, and stronger individuals. Stacey believes in the power of movement to bring about positive change and healing, making her classes transformative experiences for all participants.

    In Stacey's  classes, everyone is welcome in an inclusive environment where individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels can feel comfortable and supported. Stacey is excited to meet you all on the mat and guide you on your journey to improved health and wellness.
